madelyn got a birthday present early last night - a new swing chair for the playroom. (i think that it was early because daddy was excited to hang it up. he had been eyeing it at ikea for a while before we bought it on our last trip.) madelyn has spent a lot of time swinging since daddy put it up. she was delightfully surprised when she went in this morning because she had forgotten about it over night.i think that the funniest part is watching her try to get in it by herself - she thinks its pretty funny too. the seat of it is a big air cushion and it makes it difficult to get up and in. not to mention that it spins in circles once she picks her feet off the ground.
i am sure that we will get lots of enjoyment out of this for a long time to come. love.
She will have hours of fun with this! Too cute.

ReplyDeleteWatching with Lorelai again.. she thinks Maddie was screaming because she was scared. She said 'She wants to get out!' in a worried tone. :)
