star wars driveway

mason was drawing all sorts of star wars ships and characters on the driveway and then madelyn traced him as yoda and maddux as a stormtrooper. love these kids.

manning found something he wanted at the grocery store. he is to yellow what maddux is to orange. love.

manning was pretending to be a dog and carrying around a car in his mouth, but then he dropped into a pretty good downward dog yoga pose. silly boy. love.

take us out to the ball game...

madelyn received some free baseball tickets to benefit children's hospital. the game was between two local universities held at the minor league field. we only needed two tickets because kids 6 and under were free. but then we received two more tickets in the mail and invited some friends to join us. it was a great night for a game - although the kids were only interested in eating.

one of the team's mascots came and sat next to me, manning didn't know what to think about that. we were just a long row of hungry kiddos.

mason (in the black sweatshirt) was the only kiddo willing to go up and get a high five.

our new favorite park

we were feeling a little bored with our regular parks so a quick google search for local parks later and we were off to our new favorite park. it is super close to our house and in the middle of a neighborhood. there is a playground, a large grass field, a basketball court, two tennis courts and public bathrooms! and we had the place to ourselves!

the boys can't wait to come back with madelyn.
