deer, deer, deer,... breakfast

thanks to a bj's warehouse coupon, we were having croissants for breakfast; a very rare treat. and, as you can see, madelyn is pretty happy about it!  while we were eating, i pulled up a picture that one of the neighbors posted yesterday of eight deer behind her house. we had seen four just a few weeks ago but never so many. as we were looking at the picture and discussing it, i looked out the window and saw them behind our house! it was pretty exciting. you can see how well they camouflage in the pictures. they were not nearly that difficult to see with our eyes as in the pictures. love.
