happy birthday, jude

we love our nephew/cousin jude! and today he turns 5! we weren't able to celebrate with him, but we sent him some toys-r-us love and his mom sent us this super cute picture of his shopping trip. can't wait to hug him this summer!

every now and then, cousins are around when we skype with big pop and grandma. tonight it occurred to me that i could snap a picture of our super full screens. a whole lot of love here! love.

my brother, brad, and his family drove up from florida to visit us for the week.  we had 7 kids, 5 and under, at our house!  it wasn't any where near as bad as i was prepared for and i think everyone had a really nice visit.  it did get a little loud, but mainly it was fun!

we had two rainy days (one that was forecast to be rainy and one that actually was) and three of our kids vomiting (madelyn, maddux and mason caught it while they were visiting) so we didn't get out as much as planned.  we did venture out some - see my other posts.  love.
