i think manning actually forgot about parks over the winter. he was giggling with glee practically the entire time we were there today. this park is at the top of a hill with very little shade and an engineered rubber surface under it - aka the only one with a chance at being dry enough to play without mud - and it was packed! i have never seen so many people there at once! love.

SO not something I would have thought of! THat becomes an issue in summer (rainy season) around here.
