i guess the benefit of having a semi-solo birthday is that maddux gets multiple celebration days. tonight we picked madelyn up a little early from school, picked grandma up from the airport and headed over to chuck e. cheese!this is what maddux said he wanted to do for his birthday and there was no way matt was going to take him on the weekend (his birthday is on sunday). matt met us there about a half hour after we arrived.

| grandma volunteered for manning duty - which is a full time job - so that matt and i could play games too. manning had a lot of fun sliding for a long time. |
we all played skew ball several times. it seems like maddux is starting to get the hang of it and mason is better than i am. although, maddux is throwing the ball overhand in the first picture!
