snaggletooth goes to kindergarten

to say that maddux is excited about kindergarten would be a HUGE understatement! this kid can. not. wait. tonight was kindergarten open house and the first time they have done it before the class lists are posted (tomorrow). so it was extra exciting because we were going to find out which teacher he has, who was in his class AND get to meet them all in one night!

and his front tooth is just barely hanging on. which he thinks is hysterical. i am predicting that it will fall out before the first day of school.

so maddux got everything he wished for tonight. he has the same teacher madelyn and mason had (super yay! i really wanted him to have her but did not make an actual request because there really isn't a kindergarten teacher who would disappoint me and he is a very different kid than the other two) and his best buddy paige is in his class too!

we love mrs. d. her first year teaching kindergarten was madelyn's class.

maddux even got his favorite color door in the deal.

maddux and paige are both third out of four kids and have very similar personalities. and like each other just a tad too much... 

after completing a scavenger hunt tour around the building and playground, he stopped to check out a school bus. he is SO ready! love.
