madelyn was off from school today so while the boys were at school we went to the ymca (i wanted to exercise and madelyn wanted to go play), then the library - both are things we normally do without madelyn because she is in school and she wanted to do them on her day off.
but for something special, she wanted to eat lunch out with the boys. they were really pulling for mcdonalds but we made a compromise by picking up pizza from a place madelyn has been begging for since trying it at school last year and that i found a gift certificate for through restaurant.com and a trip to sweet frog. lunch and dessert for all five of us for $15. love.
