maddux has really started smiling now so matt and i have been able to get a few pictures. this one reminds me of a picture of madelyn but i can't find it anywhere.maddux definitely favors madelyn in the face and with spitting up! madelyn was like a fountain of spit up until she got her last molar and mason almost never spit up - i kind of wish that he was more like mason in this particular area...there was a lot less laundry.
and then he started "coo-ing" yesterday. i tried to get some video but it isn't the best. we forgot to pack our computer speakers so i couldn't check the video before posting it (without loading it back on the camera first and i just didn't want to mess with that) but i think that the best "coo" is at the very beginning.
between maddux' light therapy, packing, and moving i haven't really gotten to just sit and hold him like i did with the other two. i have been feeling really sad about this as i begin to think about returning to work next week and have been grateful for the past two days with no to-do lists. i have even been able to let him have some tummy time and freedom from straps and buckles a few times a day. it is nice to be getting settled in again. love.

Loved all the pictures. Can't wait to see all of you. Maddux is looking so big -- more like 3 months! Mason likes to be in things doesn't he? And yes, I bet Maggie is in heaven at your new place. I can't believe you brought so little of your things with you -- you know me, I would have brought the kitchen sink! ha!
