more florida fun

grandma wanted to take the kids to one of her favorite places - petland.  you can touch almost every pet in the store and they have an extremely wide variety.  we have been going there since i was a child.  madelyn was a little surprised to see a tortoise that close to her.

then we met aunt abby and the kids at chick-fil-a for lunch before going over to a local splash park. i think madelyn was the most excited. mason warmed up eventually.  and maddux was not as excited to see the water as he was at the beach; maybe it was that dive into a wave...

i was trying to take a picture of annabell and ford, but a mystery girl wanted in on the action too.  she was so ready to smile and pose like a pagent girl.

boys are just weird sometimes.  did i mention that ford is brad's son?  oh, i guess i didn't even need to... :)

it was approaching nap time so we all headed back to the house after saying good-bye to aunt abby and the kids. we were meeting some other friends for dinner and had to get everyone home for a quick clean up.  love.
