the boys and i took a bike ride this morning (well i walked). it was the first time manning had ridden his bike on the trail. and it was his idea!
he kept giving himself affirmations of "i know i can do it!" the whole time. he even did better than maddux. (it is very unusual for maddux not to enjoy a bike ride.)
