we had so much fun visiting ikea. like everywhere else we have lived, it opened right after we moved away. surprisingly, the kids love ikea too. madelyn has randomly been asking to go to ikea for the past month or so (she meant the one near us not knowing that there was one in kansas).

after ikea, papa took us to one of his favorite sandwich places. there was very little seating but the kids lucked out with front row seats to the prep show. they loved that the griddle kept throwing up fire.
nothing like shopping to work up an appetite. love.
