something is not quite right here...

update: i received an email back asking for me to call their customer service department.  as if i needed another reason to love melissa & doug products!  i have never dealt with someone in customer service who was so willing to joyfully please the customer!  i even sent them an email telling them so.  she made genuine friendly small talk and they are obviously trained in friendliness and conversation.  they are going to send new pairs of ballet shoes to complete our set and yvonne (my delightful customer service contact) suggested it be addressed to madelyn so that she could receive some mail.  isn't that nice?  we should see the shoes in two weeks or call back.  even that was shorter than i was expecting.  thank you, melissa & doug!

playing with madelyn's magnetic dress-up nina ballerina doll i realized that something wasn't quite right - or left.  there seems to have been some error when adding the shoe pieces to the box.  i sent this picture to melissa and doug customer service on december 31.  i will let you know if i ever hear back from them.  love.
