my parents still own the house i grew up in even though they don't live there any more. that house has a pool so we went over for a morning swim before hitting the road for orlando.

| big pop was able to make mason love swimming again! it's too bad that it took all summer to get him there because he won't be in a pool again until next may (unless we join the ymca in january). |

| madelyn was shy about showing big pop and grandma her 'swimming' skills and stuck to the stairs. even though she has been talking about showing them for over a month. |

| mason really liked hitting the punching bag - still hanging from when my brothers were in high school. |
it was nice to get some more water time before leaving my parents. and it was also nice to wear the kids out before getting back in the car for another long-ish ride. love.

Yay for a house with a pool to go to :) and great idea to tire them out before the car.
We really enjoyed spending the time in the pool with the kids. We all had so much fun!!!
