i was on the fence about coloring easter eggs since we don't eat eggs any more. but madelyn asked if we could make egg salad for easter and i went to buy the eggs (i love egg salad too). since i buy brown eggs, the colors aren't all that exciting. so the jazz them up a little this year, we drew on them with white crayons first and then dyed them. the kids didn't really care how the colors came out, they just liked dipping the eggs. we were pretty happy with our end results. love.
