please and thank you

coincidentally, madelyn has been very interested in looking back at old baby pictures of her, mason, and maddux.  while we were going through some old blog posts i decided to see what madelyn looked like and had been doing at mason's age.  we saw a post where i had videos of her saying "please" and "thank you" (she never signed them).

now, mason isn't 'saying' "please", but he did sign it for the first time today without any prompting from me!  in fact, i missed that it was what he was doing the first time (because he rubbed his tummy instead of his chest).  and i am fairly positive that he did say "thanks" at least twice.  i couldn't get him to do it for the camera, but he signed it for matt a few times during dinner too ("more", "please" combo).

he might not be much of a verbal communicator, but his communication is definitely right on track with madelyn's!  love.
