jammie time!

even though they know that there are jammies inside, opening a present on  christmas eve is super exciting! maddux did sort of forget he was getting jammies because he came home and put on his pull-up (he still needs one at night on occasion) and the jammies he had picked to wear on christmas eve over two weeks ago! when he realized his error, he stripped those suckers right off. (on a side note, maddux asked matt if he could wear a diaper on christmas so that he wouldn't have to miss opening any presents because he needed to go to the bathroom! just hysterical - the level of strategic planning.)

ready for some new jammies - immediately!

unfortunately, the jammies only hyped them up more. the boys were up until almost 11pm! i had hoped to go to bed early. oh well. love.
