"exercising"

so madelyn often tells me that she and mason are "exercising" in the exercise room while i am working. i can hear them so i rarely get up to see what they are doing for their "exercise". although i have seen them bounce the balls and do "yoga" on the mats.

matt found them "exercising" yesterday and asked me if i had seen them exercise before then suggested that i bring the camera. the video below shows what i saw. i think that madelyn is the only one actually getting any exercise. love.
