last game of the season

i had been expecting baby to join us for this last game of the season, but it was not to be. at this point, we were happy that matt and i were able to be there.

maddux was really into watching the game, even pointing out madelyn for me every now and then. he learned to sit on the ball from madelyn.

madelyn started the season crying and she ended it crying. she had a few injuries but most of the crying was about her cleats being too small. i guess her feet grew a little too much over the season. she asked to sit out a few times.

mason loves his 'golf' hat. i love him in it too. look at that shaggy head of hair!

this is maddux' i am not moving face. he walked on the field and was not interested in leaving.

madelyn is already looking forward to another season after she practices some more in the yard and "gets used to it some more". madelyn is in the middle of the yellow team with white socks.

the season went so much better than we expected and i was happy to hear that she enjoyed it too. love.
