we made a trip out to the house to take a look around this afternoon. we drove separately because matt is going to stay and paint some more in the basement. i needed (wanted) to take a look at the kitchen cabinets again and see the carpentry that matt got to see on thursday night after golf. we were expecting the painters to be there but i think they must have left for lunch because the paint fumes were still fresh in the kids' rooms. they were spraying on the white paint for the trim mouldings.
i took a picture of maddux in my 'emergency' sling that i keep in the diaper bag and use when we go check out the house. yes, that is his foot next to his chin.
