manning was a lot happier about his birthday morning than he looks in these pictures. i was a little sad last night saying good night to my last one-year-old. no one even close to "baby" around here any more! manning was a little surprised when we wished him "happy birthday" this morning but he quickly figured things out and did a happy dance on his way to his birthday balloon.
he got serious when the chocolate chip pancakes came out. but was ready for a fun day once he was done.
he asked madelyn to read him a book and lovingly, snuggled up with maddux for this picture.
we spent the morning at home because the afternoon was loaded! love.
