next on the agenda - world oceans day at the zoo. the kids have been asking to go to the zoo all week but i was putting them off because today would be more fun (there were crafts and daddy got to go).

outside they played a sea turtle game similar in style to candyland (pick a card and move that many spaces) on a sidewalk chalk 'board'.

| manning didn't want to slide so he spent some time contemplating the rocks and shovel. i really hate this hands on 'exhibit' because the kids get so dirty from the gravel rocks. |
