after a short period of struggles with teeth brushing, madelyn has come back with a vengeance. matt says that we have created a monster - one who flosses. there are things that could be worse. madelyn insists on flossing her teeth every night and asks (insists) daddy to floss along with her (i told her that daddy was the expert on flossing to avoid doing it during the day). she uses a flossing pick (i don't know what else to call it - it is pre-strung with the floss). the first couple of times she cried when we told her that it was time to stop flossing and throw it away. who knew? love.

oh, there could definitely be worse things. We got those floss things for a stocking stuffer :)
