yesterday we finally had our first official snow of the year! madelyn and i were really excited that it was snowing. it ended up being just 2 inches but it was enough to look pretty and for madelyn to go out to 'play' in with daddy. this was a first outing for her pink, flowered snow suit (daddy picked it out for christmas last year - i bought her a black one). the video doesn't capture the excitement she had been expressing that caused me to get the camera in the first place, but i thought that it was worth sharing. she kept telling me that it was a really big snow! in fact, she said that "it is the biggest snow i have ever seen!" i told her that actually it wasn't the biggest snow she had ever seen because i had pictures proving otherwise. this is going to be such a fun winter! love.Friday, December 4, 2009
first snow

I've been waiting for a 1st snow post :) Yay! I love how she's eating chips while watching- like she's at the movies or something. So neat to see it fall (for we Floridians). Adorable snow suit- nice pick, Matt.
