one of the vegan groups i am in on facebook have been raving about a chocolate cake recipe by one of my favorite cookbook authors (dreena burton), so today i gave it a try. i couldn't find an online link, but here is the name of the recipes: "chocolate sweet potato cake with chocolate sweets frosting."
it took a few bites for me to get used to the flavor difference (there is a lot of sweet potato in there!), but the kids LOVED it.
yum, yum! love.
