mason is on day 4 of underwear! we have been putting him in a diaper for overnight (although he is generally dry in the morning) since he won't poop in the potty yet. he had two accidents today but those have been the only ones in the past three days.
he is quite proud of himself and has been telling me that the baby in my tummy will wear diapers, but he is a big boy and wears underwear. it was all his idea - i just reminded him.
friday night he told me that he would wear underwear and use the potty "tomorrow" (we usually talk about wearing underwear while i change his diapers). so on saturday morning i reminded him about our conversation and he picked out some underwear.
he still wants a diaper for pooping and i told him that i am fine with that. he just needs to tell me when he is ready and i will change him into a diaper.
maybe we won't have three in diapers after all! love.
