everyone had done their duty for pictures, had lunch and now it is time to hit the pool! i must say that it was a little (okay, a lot) stressful for matt and i to see all these kids in the pool at the same time. our kids aren't 'swimmers' and we aren't used to horseplay in the pool so we were a little nervous and mostly sat out to keep watch and count heads. but the kids had a great time!
the kids were in and out of the pool several times over the day so there was fun all over the house all day.

these are maybe my favorite pictures of our time together. i love the expression on wyatt in the first picture and brayden's smile in the second. brayden was trying to wrestle uncle brad while brad was trying to wrestle wyatt into a clean diaper. and i just sat there and laughed while taking pictures.
all of the kids got watermelon after dinner and i had to capture the watermelon faces!

grandma and big pop were excellent hosts. we didn't bring our illness with us, but brayden and big pop were pretty ill these first few days. it was crazy, but i am glad that we all got to spend time together. love.

I bet your mom was in heaven with all her grands around. Sure it was chaotic fun for all with so many kids around.
