good morning, florida

we had told the kids that went they woke up, we would be in florida.  and we were right!  everyone was really, really excited to finally be in florida.  i think we stopped around 7 or 8am for breakfast at a cracker barrel. we choose cracker barrel because we can walk around and 'play' in the store for a bit before getting back on the road.  manning in particular enjoyed having a little freedom.

20 and half hours after leaving home, we arrived at big pop and grandma's house!  matt drove all but the first three hours (he had been going to bed around 1 or 2am all week because of work so i wanted him to try and sleep a little before he drove overnight).  i slept a little after we stopped for dinner but then i stayed up all night with him.  if you ask mason, he will tell you that he stayed up all night too, but he slept a good portion of the drive - thankfully.

we unloaded the car and matt went to sleep.  the kids hit the pool with big pop and grandma.  love.
