on the road again or from one pregnant lady to another

in the morning, we went to meet natalie and her kids for breakfast.  unfortunately, we missed rob on this trip because we were there during the week, but we sent him our love.  matt was well rested because he had a bed to himself.  i, on the other hand, had the fever boy and a spread out madelyn in bed with me (mason asked to sleep on the floor) and a Brazilian tour group near our room (they were loud until at least 2am).  but if someone got to be rested, i am glad that it was matt since he had another long day of driving ahead of him.

we met at an einstein brothers bagels and it was packed!  matt commented that nobody in this town must work.  people looked at us like we were crazy to think that this was a place to bring children.  and maybe it was but we did manage to get a table together that would hold us all.

and then we were atlanta bound!  the ride was uneventful until we hit the painful traffic south of atlanta.  we got in a little over an hour later than we had planned but as shannon put it, that was still early for dinner to them as they are still, technically, childless.

before getting the kids ready for bed, shannon let them each try earl's drum set.  it made me nervous because earl plays in a band and is a serious drummer.  i would have been devastated if they had damaged something.

and maddux was the best because he was so excited he could only sit there and grin!

and finally it was time to sleep.  ahhh...  love.
