the basement form is in. i should probably know more about it, but i don't. it is a system for optimal energy efficiency and styrofoam, but i don't know more beyond that - matt does. maybe i will question him before i post next time. the basement will have 10' ceilings as well which is why it looks so high.

Three-car garage? ooh, I'm envious. Looks like a good start. Lots of land around for roaming, too.
Yes, that was one of Matt's wish list items. Plus, the way they are set up allows for a lot of room for strollers, bikes, wagons, etc. away from the cars.
