madelyn's imagination amazes (and amuses) us. she is so detailed and changes characters several times a day; it can be hard for us to keep it all straight. she gets frustrated when we forget who she is or the details of the plot she is acting out.
on the way to the zoo she told us that her other parents told her that they were going to meet us at the zoo with their two daughters. they had just skyped and that is how she knew (we loved that she pretend skypes). they were also following us in their car.
by the way, her "other parents" are sally and nick. they have two girls. we asked what their names were and madelyn said, "i don't know their names yet, i just need to think about it". love.
