today was bitterly cold. i mean 'bitterly' - it was 7 degrees without windchill! it has been so long, that i forgot what it was like. after dropping everyone off at their schools, the last two boys and i headed off to the mall for some walking (have i mentioned that i am a "mall walker"? seriously.). there is no good way to load a double stroller in temperatures that cold! manning was not a fan...
to make it up to him, i let him check out some 'new' toys in the basement. he was more than a little excited about it.
i also let him play with the stacking rings. to all of our surprise, especially maddux, he put one back on in a single try! maddux yelled, "he did it!"
mason was building some pretty awesome towers to knock down. somehow, i ended up being the one rebuilding them over and over. and over and over. so that mason could throw a ball at it to knock it down.

7 degrees?! Wow! And a mall walker, too? You could come down here and do laps with the elder-folks in our malls :) I don't think Manning could get any cuter if he tried :)
