tuesday tip - finding the missing sock(s)

this is a random one...  if you are missing socks (especially baby socks), try looking in the small gap of your front loading washer.

i must have found three or four socks there yesterday.  they usually need another spin after sitting in that draining water for who knows how many cycles, but then they are good as new.

(ew.  my washer needed to be 'washed'!  i didn't realize how dirty it was until i looked at these pictures. of course, i didn't clean it and then take new pictures because, hey, i'm not perfect.)
