once mason got up from his nap i thought that i would let the kids play with their bubbles from the family day at the mall on saturday. i felt kind of bad that the first warm day we had (it was almost 80 on sunday) was spent indoors because i was recovering from my sleepless night of food poisoning. unfortunately, the bubbles didn't last very long.they were both so excited to be outside with their bubbles that they spilled all of them within about 2 minutes. i did get some video of them blowing bubbles for a few moments. it also gave me the opportunity to show mason wearing his first pair of flip-flops and the head to toe of madelyn's outfit for the day. that is what she wore on her field trip too. love.

Cute outfits for both :) I like how Madleyn is looking at Mason when he dumps his out - her facial expression is priceless. I'm impressed at how well Mason blows the bubbles. Kinley does something weird with her lips/teeth, kind of closing off air so it can't get out.... and she always spills them, too.... and they wonder why I say bubbles are an outside activity.
