hats

i was just in the mood for mcdonalds and we drove through on our way home from picking up madelyn from school.  i must say that after not having it for so long, it wasn't really that satisfying.

the happy meal boxes had a fruit hat design on the side (from the rio movie) and the kids had a lot of fun with them - which gave me a productive and relaxing day because they were happily busy all afternoon.  i already knew this, but i was just reminded about how much mason loves wearing a hat.  sometimes he will come and get one of daddy's hats to wear around the house or he and madelyn will try on all of their hats in their room.

i just can't get enough of mason's camera smile and here are a few more cute ones.  love.
