@zachritz family - now that i can actuall post comments, let me try to answer your request about the backyard. the pond and the willow are on county 'green space'. our lot goes about two to three feet past the builders' black tarp thing (i can't remember what it is called). the way we angled the house the backyard sort of angles to the back left (when you are looking out from the back of the house). the deck falls under the roof line and is the 'hole' in the middle of the house. we can't wait to sit out there and relax!
