my mops group had made plans to meet up at a pumpkin patch. when we got there it was crazy busy so we didn't have a lot of luck meeting up with other families. we weren't sure how long we were going to have because of some rain moving in, so we got right to finding a pumpkin.
they take you on a hayride out to the pumpkin patch. it was really windy so we didn't get pictures that were very good at all. mason did the best job with this shot of madelyn, manning and i (my wrap was in the wash so i had to just carry manning).
maddux was the only one who really understood the posing with the pumpkins. he loved the pumpkin patch, but the poor think couln't figure out how to stay on his feet! i think he fell every other step because he tripped on a vine. he finally submitted to holding my hand after like his tenth fall. thankfully, it wasn't too muddy out.

after matt took the pumpkin back to the car, we strolled around the farm a little. they have added a lot of photo opportunities and activities since last year. the sky was starting to look pretty ominous, so we were fairly quick and didn't see/do everything.
