"thursday edition" sounds a lot better than, "oops, i forgot", right? did i mention that we don't have coffee?
'pin' it and do it
we have spring break next week and i am working on a list of things the kids and i can do together for 'fun' since we are going to be staying at home and, thanks to the weather, mostly indoors. easter 'crafts' are a big part of our plans and it reminded me of something my mom said when she was here last, "the difference is you do the things you find". i am not terribly creative, but i love the internet. it is so easy to enter whatever your kids are interested in or a craft supply you have on hand (hello, empty toilet paper rolls) and come up with lots of easy ideas that i would never have thought of even though they seem so obvious. so i challenge you to do the things you have 'pinned' for "someday" this week!
what are you going to give a try? i think we are going to try toilet paper roll easter bunnies (by the way, there are a lot of cute variations if you google the phrase).
love.

I, too, have been seeking Easter craft ideas for next week. I tried to find non EB ones, without much luck. Also not sure if I'll make if to the store for supplies as we can't seem to get/ stay healthy. For now, planning to dye eggs w/ koolaide (saw someone else pin ), 'tomb' rolls (with marshmallows), and perhaps resurrection eggs. Wanted to do crosses with tissue paper squares for stained glass effect, but need tissue paper. These bunnies look cute.
here is the link to a cross craft template we are doing too: http://ministry-to-children.com/painted-cross-craft-project/
